Welcome to Avigo Yahtzee!! (Shareware Version 1.3)

Thanks for downloading my first game for TI's Avigo Organizer. This
program is SHAREWARE - that means you are free to use or distribute
the shareware version. You can try out the game and if you continue
to use it I'd ask that you would please register the software with
me. When you register, your name and registration number will appear
on the first screen and the NAG screens will be removed. Also you
will be entitled to all program updates!

This game is still being developed and I can't be held responsible
if it should somehow disturb the other information in your organizer.
I've run this game SEVERAL times and on very few occasions it has been
known to reset my Avigo 10. But on those occasions I still didn't lose
any information from the organizer. So I suggest that you back-up your
Avigo often and if something should happen then you can always re-load
your contact information.

The RULES...

Anyone who has played Yahtzee should be somewhat familier with all
the rules, but I'll go over them for all the newcommers. Basically
each turn get three rolls of 5 dice. The player chooses which dice to
re-roll for the second and third roll. He can re-roll all of them, or
if he chooses, he can HOLD any dice and roll just the ones he wants.

After one, two, or three rolls the player will select a scoring choice
for the roll. The choices and points are as follows...

 - ONES, TWOS, THREES, FOURS, FIVES, SIXES - These catagories are worth
the total of that type. For example a roll of three SIXES, a FOUR,
and a ONE, would be worth 18 in the SIXES catagory, 4 in the FOURS
catagory, and 1 in the ONES catagory. It wouldn't be worth anything
in the TWOS, THREES, or FIVES catagories.

 - If you can get the Sub-total of the first six catagories to total
63 or more, you get a bonus of 35 points! That usually means trying
to get at least 3 dice of each catagory...

 - THREE OF A KIND - Any three dice with the same number can score in
this catagory. The point total is equal to the sum of all the dice.

 - FOUR OF A KIND - Basically just like 3 of a kind.

 - FULL HOUSE - This is just like poker. You'll need 3 of one number
and 2 of another number to score in this catagory. The point total
   is always 25 points.

 - SMALL STRAIGHT - In this catagory, 4 dice must have consecutive run
of values. 1,2,3,4 or 2,3,4,5. The point total is always 30 points.

 - LARGE STRAIGHT - This is like the small straight except that 5 dice
must be consecutive. 1,2,3,4,5 or 2,3,4,5,6. The point total is always
   40 points.

 - YAHTZEE - Thats 5 of a kind and worth 50 points!

 - CHANCE - This is the total sum of all the dice no matter what the
dice roll was. You will use this if you can't score anywhere else.

You should try not to score a ZERO in the Yahtzee location unless it
can't be helped. Because if you get a YAHTZEE afterward you won't get
the 50 point value and you'll have to score it somewhere else.

BONUS YAHTZEE!!

If you get a YAHTZEE after your first Yahtzee it's called BONUS YAHTZEE.
It's worth 100 points PLUS the value of the catagory where it is scored.
A bonus Yahtzee of SIXES would be worth 130 points in the SIXES catagory!
