Instructions for Installing the Time 2 Go Avigo & PC Support Files:

1. In the ZIP file you will find these files:

LICENSE TXT
TIME2GO APP
TIME2GO MDB
TIME2GO XLT
INSTRUCT TXT
SYSTEM\cw3220.dll
SYSTEM\io_common.dll
SYSTEM\io_error.dll
SYSTEM\io_ircomm.dll
SYSTEM\io_obex.dll
SYSTEM\io_tiobex.dll
SYSTEM\tops.dll

2. Unzip the Time2Go.ZIP file into a directory.
3. Copy all of the DLL files into your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (or WINNT\SYSTEM32)
   - Note: I haven't tried it yet on Windows NT
4. Copy the Time2Go.XLT to the templates directory of Microsoft Office.
   - Normal location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates
5. Install the Time2Go.APP file onto your Avigo using the Avigo Manager.

Once you create some entries in the Avigo Time 2 Go application, use the menu to
export the items. This will create a standard Avigo data table containing the
export item's data.

Using the Microsoft Access data transfer database:

1. Place your Avigo in the cradle. Of course.
2. Run Microsoft Access 97, and open the Time2Go.MDB file.
   - This will bring up the Main Menu of the database.
3. Using the record selectors at the bottom, select the COM port for the Avigo.
   - I have support for COM1-4 setup.
4. Click on the "Get Avigo Data" listed as step 1. (After setting the COM port)
   - It will display how many records were imported.
5. Double click on each of the date fields to select a report date range.
6. Click on the General Report button to get a general report preview.
7. There are general Customer and general Project data forms.
   - These tables are NOT tied directly to the Time2Go data table and are provided
as an example of what other information could be tied to the Time2Go data.

Issues: If the Microsoft Access database returns an error about not being able
to load a specific library, please let me know and we can work on getting
the DLL files to be recognizable to Microsoft Access.

Using the Microsoft Excel data transfer template:

1. Place your Avigo in the cradle. Of course.
2. Run Microsoft Excel 97.
3. Select "File/New" from the menu, and select the Time2Go.XLT template.
4. Type in the COM port number on the Avigo Info worksheet.
5. Click on the "Fetch Avigo's Time 2 Go Data" button.
6. Once the download is complete, the data will appear on the Time2Go Data worksheet.

Issues: Microsoft Excel may also complain about not being able to find the specified
libraries. If this happens, please let me know.
