Idiot's Delight
---------------

Solitaire card game called Idiot's Delight aka Aces High aka Aces Up aka
Four Aces aka Russian Patience (very popular game).

Deal four cards face up in a row. If there are two or more cards of the
same suit remove the lowest-ranked until there's only one card of a
suit. Ace is the highest card, it can't be removed. Deal next four cards
on top of the previous columns and remove all possible cards. Only the
topmost card of each column is available for play. An empty column may
be filled by the top card of any other column. You win by removing all
but four Aces.

Monte Carlo
-----------

Solitaire card game Monte Carlo aka Weddings aka Double and Quits aka
Casino.

Deal face up five non-overlapping rows of five cards. Remove cards in
pairs. Cards may be removed, if they have same value and are adjacent
either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. When all possible pairs
are removed, pack remaining cards on tableau in order they were dealed
and deal new cards filling the available places on the tableau. You win
by removing all the cards.
