Many questions..... , ,       Uh, the PC system is booting from T0 + a file
right after the directory.  There is no interleave, consequitive sectors are
read. IBM did not wish for source of the BIOS to be distributed.  All of the
actual I/O is being done by their ROS (read-only storage) routines.

        MP/M II and 86 already date time stamp files, Concurrent CP/M will have
that option, we haven't decided whether to add that to "plain vanilla" CP/M-86
yet.  It does take extra space (and time) in the directory.

        The CCP in present CP/M86 system has the same buffer in the beginning
as CP/M 80's.  The CCP starts on T0 S2.  You will have to use the DOS debugger
to read and patch this.  (p.s.  This is unsupported.).
