Configuring for Multiple Forvus PCI cards in one PC

Starting with release 4.4.23, it is possible to use multiple Forvus PCI coax cards in one PC, with a separate emulator
window for each card. This feature is only available under Windows XP and Windows 2000. The configuration for this
is rather involved, but will create an icon for each card.

1) Under "Start/Programs/Forvus", click on "Configuration"

2) Click on the "Options" menu at the top and select "Session Configuration"

3) In the box under "Select a Configuration file to load" double click on "def.cnf"

4) Setup the screen size and other configuration items desired for the first card, then click "OK".

5) In the box under "Select a file in which to save the modified configuration" type a file
name to use for the first card, for example type "card0.cnf", then click "OK".

6) You should now be back at the main configuration menu.
Click on "Options" then select "Add session icon"

7) In the box under "Label for Icon" type in a name to be displayed under the ICON.

8) In the box under "Configuration file to use" select the configuration file you created in step 5, then click "OK"

9) Repeat steps 2 - 8 above, once for each additional card. In steps 5 and 7, Use a different configuration file name
   and Icon title each time.

10) Close the configuration program.

11) Under "Start/Programs/Forvus" the Icons you created above should be displayed.

12) Right click on the Icon for the first card, then select "Properties"

13) In the box labeled "Target:" , at the end of the line, type a space then type "/C0"

14) On Win2000 check the box labeled "Run in separate memory space"
On WinXP click the "Advanced" button, then check the box labeled "Run in separate memory space", then click "OK"

15) Click "OK" to save the properties.

16) Repeat steps 12 - 15 above, once for each card. In step 13 use /C0 for the first card, /C1 for the second,
    etc up to /C9.

You should now have icons under "Start/Programs/Forvus" for each card. You can drag them to the desktop, or else
drag them to "Start/Programs/Startup" to have them all start automatically. Initially, all the windows will be the
same size and position and have the same window title. You can resize and move the windows, and the position will
be saved when you close the emulator. You can change the window titles by clicking "Setup" in the emulator window,
and selecting "Session Control" . Whatever you type in the "Session Title:" box will appear in the window
header bar, and be saved when you close the emulator.
