Guide To Understanding PostScript File Contents
_______________________________________________

The purpose of this README file is to assist in describing the contents of
postscript files. This need is brought on by the limitations of eight-character
filenames.

In general, the product name is included in the filename, along with a "key" to
the type of document. For example: 401GF_ds is the 401GF data sheet. Following
are the "keys" used.

ds = data sheet
um = user manual
ts = technical summary
hs = hardware specification
ad = addendum
an = application note
sc = schematics
ig = installation guide
ug = user's guide
pr = programmer's reference

The contents of a file without these keys in its name will most often be evident.
But, there are exceptions in the "application note" category. For this reason,
the following guide is being provided.

401_DRAM.PS = DRAM Controller for the 401GF
401_ILC.PS  = 401 Interrupt Latency Calculation
403SDCAN.PS = System Design Considerations
403SR5AN.PS = Using Multiple Banks of Self-Refreshing DRAM
STB_IR.PS = PowerPC 403GC Implementation of IR Remote Control
gc2gcx.PS   = 403GA/GC Migration to 403GCX
