Compass provides a full line of ASIC and IC design, route, and verification tools. FPGA Design Option, when used with Logic Assistant, enables users to input Xilinx symbols and compile designs into Xilinx FPGAs.

Xilinx-Specific Highlights

• Allows users to enter Xilinx symbols in formats familiar to them. Designer can postpone their need to create an ASIC without penalty.

Design Flow

• Users can use true top-down design methods or may enter design as a mixture of HDC and graphics/schematics. Logic Assistant will compile design.
