SmartSearch Agents will watch the Web for you. Any query you do with SmartSearch can be turned into a SmartSearch Agent!
You don't need to be a Xilinx customer to create your own agent! Just register once to set up your own User Name and Password.
To create a new Agent, first do a SmartSearch Query. If you like the Search Results, simply specify an Agent Name and press the Create Agent button. From then on, your Agent will notify you via E-mail as new information becomes available via SmartSearch that matches your specified query.
When you receive an E-Mail from your Agent, simply return to any Xilinx WebLINX page and press the SmartSearch Agents button on the button bar at the bottom of the page. Then enter your user name and password. This will access your Personal Agent's Reports from the previous two-week period.
Use your Agent in conjunction with entered query text, SmartSearch Sources, and SmartSearch Topics to get a finely tuned, effective Agent.
