General Description:
-1 and -09 .db XC3100A synthesis library files for XSI 5.2.1 are now available v
ia
the Xilinx anonymous FTP site(ftp.xilinx.com).  These files are
designed to work with XSI 5.2.1., and Synopsys 3.3b and above.

There is a README file in the above file which explain how to
install these .db files.  These files can be used with
FPGA Compiler 3.3b and above, or Design Compiler 3.3b and above.
