Problem Description:
Hardware Debugger 6.0 has two symptoms that can have the same solution:
(1) Hardware Debugger 6.0 cannot find the XChecker cable

(2) Readback only works once from Hardware Debuger 6.0; Connsecutive
    attempts to readback report all '1's'.


Solution 1:

These are caused by intermittent serial port communications failures. In the
Hardware Debugger, use the Cable->Communications pop up to set the baud rate
to another value.
